We offer Free Royal Mail 2nd class Standard Delivery on all orders delivered within the UK 3-5 working days
1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery £3.95 1-2 working days under normal conditions
Royal Mail Special Delivery next day 24 hour service at £7.95.

Orders must be received before 2.00 pm (during the working week Monday - Friday). Orders received after this time on Friday and over the weekends will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Returns
We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The buyer must inform us of his or her wish to return an item first, via email or telephone 01492 870313, before returning the item for any reason. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded if stock is not available, and return postage will be refunded. In the case of items that are simply unwanted, buyers must pay the postage costs of receiving and returning unwanted items. All returns of this kind must be undamaged, in the original packaging and in a fully re-saleable unused condition. They must also be returned via a trackable/ registered postal system.

"Faulty, Damaged or the wrong item sent"
In the unfortunate event an item arrives faulty or damaged we will refund in full or replace the item. We would ask that you return the item at our cost with all parts, accessories, instructions in original packaging. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you and the value of the goods.
