If however any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in perfect condition with original packaging, and packing slip  within 14 days.Please be sure to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of their return. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. 

    Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at £3.95 per order . Items mailed within the UK  UP TO 1KILO  IN WEIGHT will normally be sent  Royal Mail First   Class Post .  Heavier items may be sent Standard Parcels Service 3-5 days . Glitz And Pieces reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.Please contact us if you require Special Next Day delivery.
